  • We  try to process orders in a timely manner and in the order in which they  are recieved. Most orders are processed in 10-12 bussiness days (back  ordered items excluded). At this time,The Tactical Medic ships  merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories,  including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.  Additionally, The Tactical Medic ships merchandise to Canada, and other  limited international locations. The risk of loss and title for  all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the  merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY FIREARMS RELATED PRODUCTS OR TACTICAL  GEAR (MAG POUCHES, SLINGS, ARMOR CARRIERS, ETC) OUTSIDE THE UNITED  STATES, DO NOT ASK!!!
    Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility  to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which  you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. The Tactical Medic is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential  damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
     
  • Return Policy
  • You  may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the  payment options listed. The Tactical Medic reserves the right to change  its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You may  return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original  purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be  glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of  equal or lesser value. All sales final on used, blemished or  discontinued items .
